Green Earth Fuels Grand Opening

Overview

The grand opening of the Green Earth Fuels new Biodiesel Facility took place on November 15, 2007 at the plant in the ship channel.  The highlight of this event was having Governor Rick Perry as the guest of honor.  Following speeches by the dignitaries, guests were treated to a tour of the “green” facility.

Indulge Party

Overview

When Reliant Park and the Houston Chapter of the International Special Events Society got together to throw a party, only one would could describe it – INDULGE.  Upon entering the red carpet guest were treated to a living fountain, with models dressed up as gold statues with water springing from their fingers.  Once inside, guests indulged themselves on chocolate bars, martinis and enjoyed the oxygen and cigar bars, spray on tattoos and henna.

Baccarat/Dos Lunas Product Launch

Overview

To launch the a unique pairing of 10 year old aged Dos Lunas Tequila and a sleek new Baccarat bottle, the companies decided to throw an amazing unveiling.  During the evening guests were treated to a number of unique libations, all made from Tequila, then following a great reveal, enjoyed a sampling of the aged tequila.  The reveal consisted of a box filled with smoke, which hid the bottle and its case and then upon a flip of a switch, which pulled out the smoke, the bottle was revealed.

Galleria Fashion Show

Overview

The Galleria Fall Fabulous was a weekend long event, which started with an amazing fashion show on the floor of the skating rink, which was attended by 350 guests and celebrated the 1st Anniversary of Gloss Magazine. The modern feel of the décor was seen in the stage décor, the fun bars and the elaborate cover to hide the rinks ticket station. The criss-cross of steel truss, the color purple and the modern banquettes were a great addition to enhance the feel of the event. Over the next three days, guests were greeted by a Joan Rivers look-a-like standing in front of papparazi machines, demonstrations at the side stage including Macy’s Fashion Show and models wearing the latest fashions standing on unique stands.

Bacardi Product Launch

Overview

To launch the new pear-flavored (La Poire) vodka for Grey Goose, we produced an amazing event for 350 bartenders and bar owners. The Garden of Eden theme incorporated pears instead of apples and was displayed throughout the Art Gallery. Upon entering the venue, guests were greeted by two pear topiaries and an amazing wall of candles and pears. Once inside, the branding of the Grey Goose logo was seen on the wall with gobo lighting, on the dance floor, on two ice sculptures, on the bar and perhaps the most fun airbrushed on the back on a model, who was the centerpiece for a rolling table. The DJ kept the guests dancing in the lounge area, decorated with plush banquettes. A pear flambé station delighted the guests, as did the menu of flavored drinks.

Intuit Trade Show Opening Night Party

Overview

The opening night party for the SBDC Conference was sponsored by Intuit. The party was held at the Hilton-Americas downtown and had a country western theme. After a ribbon cutting, the guests walked thru the saloon style entrance, which had the Intuit Logo posted on it. Once inside they were greeted by and the fun décor consisting of wagon buffets, and saloon-style bars were fun additions to the theme. Guests played Texas Holdem’ at the Poker Tables and took fun pictures that placed them on different backgrounds.

Grand Opening

Overview

This two-day event launched the grand opening of Southern Trails subdivison and included Ashton Woods homes, Trendmaker Homes and David Weekley Homes. The rodeo theme was visible throughout the grounds as guests enjoyed BBQ, and various entertainment including photos with a longhorn steer, a trickroper and rodeo magician on stilts. Guests also participated in raffle giveaway drawing where they had to tour homes to look Texas Trivia Questions. Guests also received a music download card, which had the event logo, as part of the branding material.

Corporate Launch

Overview

The launch party for the 2006 Social Book was a grand affair attended by 700 of the best in event community. The amazing stage presentation included a 30 piece orchestra and a dynamic audiovisiual production. Throughout the room over 25 different participating vendors strutted their stuff with models on lighted pedestools, luxury cars and furniture vignettes placed throughout the room. The guests enjoyed signature martinis, and food from 20 different caterers. The spectacular evening was a unique showcase for all vendors involved.

Ground Breaking

Overview

The Cinco Ranch Village Square celebrated their groundbreaking of a four phase construction project. In addition, to the invitations and coordination of the event, the client wanted to have media present at the event. The local business trade magazine was contacted and after attending wrote a wonderful press release regarding the event. The client then invited the attendees for lunch at a local restaurant

Incentive Trip

Overview

Over the course of three days, AIM invited 150 of their most valuable clients and their spouses to participate in their annual incentive trip in Toronto, Canada. The guests stayed at the luxurious Four Seasons hotel in the heart of Toronto. Each night the guests were treated to a spectacular dinner and entertainment. During the day, guests could take in a game of golf, shopping or spa treatments. The entire group spent one day traveling to the various wineries in the Niagara Falls area and the next day they traveled via Motor buses to tour the falls.
